· Our transfers are PRIVATE. You will not share the vehicle with anyone else. So there will be no additional stops along the way.

· The service prices do not include mouth covers, masks & gloves.

· 24/7 customer service with bilingual staff.

· All seats for baby and children are included free of charge with prior request.

· Including stops to ATM or exchange house.

· We monitor your FLIGHT NUMBER, so you won't have to wait at the airport.

· Our airport representative will be promptly waiting for you and with a sign with your name.

· Our service is door to door and takes you directly to the main lobby of your hotel in Puerto Vallarta or Bahía de Banderas.

· We accept card (subject to price change), transfers or deposits.

· Payment in "cash" to the driver when boarding the vehicle, please bring the exact amount mentioned in your reservation ticket when your payment is in cash. Stained, torn or incomplete bills are not accepted.

· The prices published with payment in cash do not include Tax Receipt.

· If you require an invoice, please mention it at the time of confirming your service (restrictions apply).

· The price is per vehicle. No additional charges.

· All our drivers are certified as tour guides.

· There is never an extra waiting charge for delayed flights.

· Promotion prices do not apply invoices.
